Location: Falls Church, Virginia

Requirements:

Attractive base salary plus incentives
Candidate must have strong Spanish verbal and written communication skills, conversational English

Essential Functions:

Inbound Customer Service calls from customers (175 to 350 calls per day).
Ability to identify sales needs through open-ended questions
Sell new services to existing customers while upgrading current service.
Renew customer contracts, review accounts and provide consultative sales support.
Strong attention to detail & conversational selling skills.
