• Outbound calls to new & existing business customers.
• Ability to identify sales needs through open-ended questions
• Sell new services to existing customers while upgrading current service.
• Ability to manage sales funnel & establish partnerships with customer base.
• Renew customer contracts, review accounts and provide consultative sales support.
• Ability to maintain all sales goals with integrity.
• Strong attention to detail & conversational selling skills.
