Management TeamStrengthening Client & Associate LoyaltyThe company has a seasoned and proven management team with a track record of introducing innovative products and services, and building long-standing and leverageable client relationships. Shawkat Raslan Shawkat Raslan has been Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Access Worldwide since March 2002, and a director of the Company since May 1997. Since June 1983, Mr. Raslan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of International Resources Holdings, Inc., an asset management and investment advisory service for international clients. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of TAIB Investment Bank in Bahrain from 1980 to 1983. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Raslan was an engineer for Turner Construction, a construction management company. Mr. Raslan currently serves as a Director of Investor Select Inc., CF Global LLC, and is on the Board of Advisors of the Tiedemann Investment Group. Ted Jordan Ted Jordan has been with the company for more than 10 years, and prior to Ted’s current appointment served as the Company’s Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) since April 2002. As the Company’s CIO, Mr. Jordan was responsible for all Access Worldwide information technology. Prior to becoming CIO, Mr. Jordan served as Senior Vice President, ITIS for the Company’s TelAc Teleservices division. Mr. Jordan has pioneered the development of a multitiered client server solution based on Internet technologies for the operation of communication centers. Before joining Access Worldwide, Mr. Jordan was founder and President of Jordan Computer Specialists, Inc., a software development and computer consulting company acquired by Access Worldwide in 1997. Richard Lyew Mr. Lyew was elevated to the CFO position in July 2004 and is responsible for budgeting; reporting and consolidations; salary, bonus and stock option administration; internal audits; financial certifications; and Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Mr. Lyew joined Access Worldwide in May 1998 as Assistant Corporate Controller and was promoted the following year to Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Access Worldwide, Mr. Lyew spent more than six years in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a global assurance, tax and advisory services organization, where he participated in acquisitions, divestitures, roll-ups and initial public offerings, along with performing audit and tax work. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mark Wright Mr. Wright joined Access Worldwide as the companys General Counsel in January of 2005. Prior to joining Access Worldwide, Mr. Wright served as General Counsel for Washington Live, Inc., a Washington, D.C. based information technology company, and Assistant General Counsel with YellowBrix, Inc., an online information service provider. Prior to YellowBrix, Inc., Mr. Wright served as Corporate Counsel to the Liberian International Ship and Corporate Registry. Mr. Wright is a licensed attorney with an MBA and JD from American Universitys Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. Bob Bryan Bob Bryan joined the company in 2004 as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Bryan is responsible for sales, marketing, and client development for Access Worldwide. He has over 20 years experience in call center operations and management. Mr. Bryan previously served as COO of Abacus Communications, and V.P. of Ops at Harris Publishing and Edward Blank Associates, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bryan oversaw call center operations for Gannett, Inc. spearheading the initial acquisition call center campaigns for the launch of USA Today. Mike Bowling Mike Bowling joined the Access Worldwide team in January of 2006 after serving in similar Business Development and Marketing roles for TCIM Services, Abacus Communications, and DialAmerica Marketing. Mike began his career in the call center industry with Chesapeake TeleServices, in 1991, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives and he has over 15 years of experience working with direct to consumer and B2B clients to build and execute marketing programs, which leverage call center and complementary services to drive additional revenues on his client’s behalf. Mike has an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore and he resides in the Baltimore, MD area. |
